To use: Place the glass jar of M4MEN formula in the microwave and heat for only 10 seconds. Stir with applicator to blend any hot spots. The formula should be the consistencey of runny honey. If it is too thick, heat again for a few more seconds. Do not over-heat (max 40c) otherwise you risk burning the skin. Spread the formual over the hair in a very THIN layer. Apply in the same direction as the hair growth. Place a fabric strip onto the formula and rub over the top. Pull of quickly AGAINST the direction of hair growth. When finished rinse off and add moisturiser if necessary.
